Cincinnati, OH — It's important to maintain physical fitness to ensure safety on the job, especially working around large machinery. In addition to weightlifting, I run, stretch, practice push-ups, and perform other activities to maintain good health and enhance my endurance during hot weather.
Taking care of my physical health, both through diet and exercise has helped me work for more than nine years without injury. Making sure your mind and body are ready, helps you start your day with safety in mind.
